The first tower to be built in Chinatown under the new Official Community Plan, the “Keefer Block” – developed by Solterra - is nearing completion after a highly successful marketing campaign. Across the street, Westbank is under construction with 188 Keefer and the Beedie Group has an application in with the City for 137 units and 150,000 SF at 105 Keefer Street.
